How do I place an order?

  • Check the final price {as well as Shipping charges}. Select one of the payment options (Net-Banking/Debit or Credit Card) YOUR ORDER IS PLACED!!!
  • You will now receive a confirmation mail from Team
  • You can check Order history in ‘My Account’ in case you had logged into your account while placing the Order.

How will my order be delivered to me?

How will you dispatch my international order?

  • We use the finest couriers to ensure your order reaches you at your doorstep in the fastest possible time. Most orders are delivered within 72-96 working hours of dispatch; but these times may vary depending on where you are located and your local customs authority.

How will I know if order is placed successfully?

  • Once an Order is placed successfully you shall receive a confirmation over the mail. This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account -> My Orders if you have placed the order on your own online. At any point you are most welcome to e-mail us on regarding queries related to your orders and BluezOnline will try its best to keep you well informed and updated.

I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?

  • Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.
  • If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:
    • Net Banking 2-4 business days
    • Debit Card 5-7 business days
    • Credit Card 7-21 business days

How do I check the status of my order?

  • Your order status is updated to you via emails and sms at every step. Once your order is placed you would receive a sms and an email with your order details. Again after your order is dispatched we send you a sms with your tracking details. Please check your spam and old sms-es for the status of your order, if you don't see any updates. In case of any unforeseen events which delays your order you would receive a special update from our end

Can I return an item?

  • Keeping in mind the very basic nature of every BluezOnline outfit, our customers do appreciate that each outfit ordered online is individually created, crafted and made to fit perfectly in accordance to the measurements provided. Relatively, fashion is an evolution. Due to the dynamism of this evolution, we respect customer's ability to support Bluez's "NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE" policy to help us deliver the very best and latest in Indian fashion. Kindly be informed that Bluez will not be able to refund any online sales at under any circumstances. Bluez firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the color of actual outfit ordered. Bluez trusts and has faith in its customers for making its online venture successful so that every year Bluez can deliver and probably exceed customer's expectations and beyond.

Can I order an outfit from that is not on the website?

  • Yes. BluezOnline has maximized its efforts to provide a complete online shopping experience. We understand that you as a customer may have different requirements such as
  • You may wish to order an outfit which is not showcased at, or you have a specific occasion coming up and you would like our team of designers to design something specifically to your taste. All of the above (and more!) can be achieved very easily by placing a Custom Order. Please follow the steps below to make your very own personalized purchase:
  • Send us an email describing your requirements in detail. Our ability to serve you better will be greatly enhanced by the specific information you are also to provide.
  • Based on your requirement, BluezOnline's Design team will select or design the appropriate outfits / accessory / jewelry that are in tune with your expectation
  • You will receive a detailed description of the item(s) requested along with the price (If Possible, we will attach digital images of the same)
  • After mutual confirmation on price and design, will send you an email with your unique custom bag link
  • This link will take you directly to a custom bag wherein you can see all the items that you requested.
  • You can then complete the personalized purchase online using your credit card
  • Voila! Your very own personalized outfit shall arrive at your doorstep in the specified time duration

Can I place a bulk order for an item(s)?

  • No, Bulk orders cannot be placed through as the website only caters to end customers.

Do you allow exchanges?

  • Unfortunately No, please note our NO RETURN & NO EXCHANGE POLICY.

Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?

  • Unfortunately no, however you can simply place another order.
